Durant說出暑假退出國家隊的真正理由

雷霆球星Kevin Durant於夏天突然宣佈退出美國男籃，出乎各人意料之外。當時他的理由是身心俱疲。最近，據<華盛頓郵報>報導，Kevin Durant承認退出的原因是因為Paul George的受傷。
Durant表示，Paul George的受傷奪走了他一切為美國隊比賽的理由。他覺得眼前看見的事情太可怕，他會想這受傷的情況也可能在自己發生。

("It took everything out of me seeing that. Everything I had to play for Team USA, that injury stripped it away from me. When you see something like that, so gruesome, in front of you, of course you’re going to think, ‘This could happen to me.’ ")

另外該篇報導又指，Durant在家中收看NBA總決賽的時候，他在家中也說過如果熱火輸掉，LeBron James就會離開。
