Draymond Green認同Stephen Curry之前所說，球隊的多樣性不足。他認為球隊欠缺豐富的得分方式，而Chris Paul的加盟就好像在菜單上添加了一道菜一樣。
不過，最令Draymond Green期待的，是他希望向Chris Paul身上學習到另一件事，那就是他期待Chris Paul解放Jonathan Kuminga。他認為Chris Paul可以完全解放Jonathan Kuminga，因為Chris Paul向來擅於幫助年輕球員。
