Chelsea were linked with the Belgian wonder-kid last summer but after very disappointing season they stepped up their attempts to sign Anderlecht forward .Belgian media claimed that Chelsea put 15 million € on the table while Anderlecht want 20 million €, but reports expected that both sides will reach a good agreement soon .
