香港:金葉庭 - 2015米芝蓮一星店
十月尾,公佈了2015米芝蓮香港澳門指南,Conrad Hong Kong香港港麗酒店金葉庭今年繼續保持一星的榮譽,名單出爐後又到了餐廳吃午飯,食物確有水準。
先來喝燉湯,竹筒鮮人參雪耳土雞湯,Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fresh Ginseng and Snow Fungus served in Bamboo,$148,用竹筒載著雞湯來燉,很適合冬天喝,十分暖身又滋生。
點心分別有金箔蝦餃皇,鮑魚燒賣皇,Steamed Pork Dumplings with Abalone,紫薯帶子餃,Steamed Scallops Dumplings with Purple Potatoes,及綱絲脆粉卷,Deep-freid Rice Rolls with Shrimp,蝦餃肉很鮮爽,另外紫薯餃帶微微的甜,簡單好吃。薑茸米酒蒸鮮蟹拑,steamed fresh crab claw with minced ginger and rice wine,$158,然後是餐廳的招牌菜之一蒸蟹拑,加入薑蓉及米酒一起來蒸,蛋白滑溜,又有陣陣薑味,蟹拑肉也都厚。
山楂川汁爆蝦球,Sautéed King Prawns with Hawthorn Herbs in Chilli Sauce,$348,蝦球以山楂及川椒汁來炒,鮮紅色的川汁包滿蝦球,酸酸辣辣的,味道令人愈吃愈開胃,加上蝦球十分爽口彈牙,十分喜歡這道菜。金牌吊炸雞,Shallow-fried Crispy Chicken,半隻,$238,再來半隻雞,雞皮炸得十分香脆,一定不可錯過,加上雞肉鹹香合適,還很嫩,又值得一試。
瑤柱蛋白蔥花炒飯,Fried Rice with Conpoy,Egg White and Spring Onions,$188,想有點飯氣,就來一碗炒飯,飯粒炒得分明,又不油膩,加上瑤柱及蛋白一起炒,吃一碗飽肚又滿足。最後甜品先有炸龜苓膏,第一次吃炸龜苓膏,外層脆脆的,龜苓膏卻不會太腍,加上糖漿一起吃,甜中帶甘,再喝腐竹薏米糖水,滋潤圓滿。
很滿足又飽肚的午餐,很喜歡山楂川汁爆蝦球,如第一次到餐廳吃飯也可試試炸龜苓膏。
