[男神] Sadik Hadzovic的巨胸訓練

看來Gymbeginner有不少朋友是Sadik Hadzovic的FANS,他的片段總是大受歡迎!好,小編一於將他的Chest Workout公開,大家齊來一起練習吧!


因為Sadik Hadzovic在拍攝時臨近表演,所以這次Chest Workout的訓練量並不是太大,一眾朋友較容易跟隨這個訓練。

Exercise 1:Inclined Dumbbell Bench Presses
3 Sets:15RM–>10RM–>9RM


Exercise 2: Seated Cable Flyes
2 Sets: 10RM–>11RM


Exercise 3: Machine Presses
2 Sets: 10RM–>10RM


Exercise 4a: Machine Flyes (supersets)
2 Sets: 12RM–>10RM


Exercise 4b: Barbell Bench Presses (supersets)
2 Sets: 8RM–>8RM


Exercise 5: Dumbbell Pullover
2 Sets: 10RM–>10RM
