【通少食譜】日式牛肉飯

材料

350g 肥牛肉片

1 蒜頭

1cup 洋蔥絲

1 tbsp 牛油

6g 日式鰹魚粉 [fig1 日文名]

100ml 味醂 [fig4 萬字]

100ml 清酒[fig2 月桂冠]

100ml 日式醬油 [fig3 萬字]

220ml 清水
30g 砂糖

做法:

1. 味醂,清酒,日式醬油,砂糖混合好

2. 洋蔥絲和蒜頭用中大火炒香

3. 洋蔥軟身加入牛油和步驟1汁料

4. 加入肥牛中火煮3-4分鐘即成

350g Beef slices

100ml Mirin [fig4 kikkoman]

100ml Sake [fig2 Gekkeikan]

100ml Japanese soy sauce [fig3 kikkoman]

30g Sugar

1 Clove of garlic

1cup Sliced onion

1 tbsp Butter

220ml Water
6g Bonito powder [fig1 Awase]

Steps

1. Mirin, sake, soy sauce and sugar all mix well

2. Onion and garlic pan fry over medium high heat.

3. Once onion is soft, add in butter and sauce mixture from step 1

4. Add in the beef and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
