材料:
130g 急凍大蝦 [Fig 1 Aquastar]
4 雲吞皮 [Fig 2 鴻運]
醃料:
0.5 tsp 鹽
0.5 tsp 蒜粉 [Fig 3 Kirkland]
0.5 tsp 雞粉 [Fig 4 家樂牌]
0.5 tsp 糖
1 tsp 粟粉 [Fig 5 鷹粟粉]
1 tsp 麻油 [Fig 6 萬字]
0.5 tsp 白胡椒粉

做法:
1. 將蝦打成蝦膠,用醃料醃好
2. 將蝦膠放入雲吞皮,握成燒賣
3. 用中火,隔水蒸10分鐘

4 雲吞皮wanton wrapper [Fig 2 Hung Wang]
Seasoning:
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Garlic powder [Fig 3 Kirkland]
0.5 tsp Chicken powder [Fig 4 Knorr]
0.5 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Corn starch [Fig 5 Kingsford's]
1 tsp Sesame oil [Fig 6 Kadoya]
0.5 tsp White pepper powder
