氣炸爆汁叉燒王

3人份量材料:

900g 枚頭
3tbsp 蜜糖 [fig1]
叉燒醬料:
1tbsp 柱侯醬 [fig2]
3 tbsp 叉燒醬 [fig3]
1 tbsp 生抽 [fig4]
1tbsp 玫瑰露(無就算) [fig5]
2 tsp 紅椒粉(無就算) [fig6]
1 tsp 蒜粉(無就算) [fig7]

叉燒醬汁
1tbsp 熱水 +3 tbsp 麥芽糖 [fig8]

3 tbsp 蜜糖 [fig1]

1 豬肉加入醃料醃6小時
2 放入預熱好的氣炸鍋,掃上油,用攝氏190度氣炸8分鐘
3 取出,掃上蜜糖,再用攝氏190度氣炸6分鐘
4 叉燒斬入叉燒醬汁休息10分鐘,切件享用

Ingredients for 3:
900g pork butt
3tbsp honey [fig1]

Seasoning:
1tbsp Chu Hou Sauce [fig2]
3 tbsp Char Siu sauce [fig3]
1 tbsp light soy sauce [fig4]
1tbsp Chinese rose wine (optional) [fig5]
2 tsp paprika powder (optional) [fig6]
1 tsp garlic powder (optional) [fig7]

Dressing
1tbsp hot water +3 tbsp malt sugar [fig8]
or
3 tbsp honey [fig1]

1 Add the seasoning and marinade the pork for at least 6 hours
2 Put it into the preheated air fryer. Brush the oil evenly. Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes
3 Turn the pork over, coat it with honey. Air fry at 190°C for 6 minutes
4 Place the Char siu into the dressing and mix it well. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve it hot
