南乳雞翼,大人細路都愛吃,簡單去煎當然沒有問題,但用氣炸去做,簡單又方便,而且味道香濃,金黃雞皮卜卜脆,雞肉一咬爆汁,人人試過人人讚,包你一吃難忘

16隻 雞中翼70g 蕃薯粉 (約半杯)[fig1]
醃料
20g 南乳(細2塊)[fig2]
1tbsp 砂糖
1tsp 蒜粉 [fig3] 1tsp 雞粉 [fig4]
1tbsp 紹興酒 [fig5]

1 雞翼用醃料醃3小時以上
2 雞翼用蕃薯粉包好
3 用氣炸鍋攝氏190度8分鐘,反轉,攝氏200度5分鐘即可
* 用鑊煎:鑊加入3湯匙油中火燒熱,每面煎約3-4分鐘即可

16 chicken wingettes
70g sweet potato flour (about 1/2cup) [fig1]
Seasoning 20g Red fermented beancurd (2 small pieces) [fig2]
1tbsp sugar
1tsp garlic powder [fig3]
1tsp chicken powder [fig4]
1tbsp Shaoxing wine [fig5]

1 Marinated chicken wings with seasoning for at least 3 hours
2 Coat the chicken wings with sweet potato flour
3 Air fryer the chicken wings with 190 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes. Turn it over. Air fry again with 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes
* Pan-fry: Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Heat over medium heat. Pan fry each side for about 3-4 minutes
