【電飯煲窩蛋牛肉飯】

450g 免治牛肉
30g 天津冬菜(洗淨) [fig1]
50g 雜豆 [fig2]
1隻 雞蛋
2杯 絲苗米(約380g) [fig3]
2杯 水(約420ml)
牛肉醃料
30g 燕麥片 [fig4]
30g 麵包糠 [fig5]
1.5 tbsp 蠔油 [fig6]
1 tsp 蒜粉 [fig7]
1 tsp 糖
180ml 水(按情況加)

1 牛肉丸醃料撈勻,加入天津冬菜,雜豆撈勻
2 將牛肉放入電飯煲蒸架, 飯洗淨放入飯煲內膽,加水
3 飯煲內膽放入飯煲,加上鋪滿牛肉蒸架,按下按鈕煮飯(至少都要煮15分鐘)
** 注意
若沒有電飯煲蒸架,可以等飯煲內的水收乾至飯粒開始呈現時(飯表面仍有水蓋著),將牛肉放上去,蓋好蓋,將牛肉蒸熟 4 牛肉放回飯上,加上雞蛋,即可享用

30g Tianjin preserved vegetables (rinsed) [fig1]
50g mixed vegetables [fig2]
1 egg
2 cups rice (about 380g) [fig3]
2 cups water (about 420ml)
Beef seasoning
30g oatmeal [fig4]
30g bread crumbs [fig5]
1.5 tbsp Oyster Sauce [fig6]
1 tsp garlic powder [fig7]
1 tsp sugar
180ml water (add in patches)

1 Combine beef with the seasoning. Add Tianjin preserved vegetables, and mixed vegetables.
2 Put the beef into the steaming rack of the rice cooker. Rinse the rice and put it into the inner pot of the rice cooker. Add water
3 Put the inner pot of the rice cooker into the rice cooker. Add the steaming rack. Press the button to cook the rice (it needs at least 15 minutes to cook through the meat)
** Note
If there is no rice cooker steaming rack, you can put the beef on the rice to steam it directly. But wait until you see the rice kernel showing up before you add the beef.
4 Put the beef on the rice. Add eggs. Serve it hot
