日式吉列豬扒

日式吉列豬扒材料簡單,脆皮金黃香脆,豬扒肉嫰多汁,今次還夾上芝士,味道更豐富更香口,做法簡單,跟我做法,在家也可以做出星級餐廳水準
4人份量材料 [按下圖片放大]

4塊 [650g] 無骨豬扒
4 塊 任何味道芝士片 [fig1]

豬扒醃料
1.5 tsp 鹽
1 tsp 糖
1 tsp 蒜粉 [fig2]
0.25 tsp 白胡椒粉
炸皮
150g 中筋麵粉 [fig3] 
100g[2隻] 雞蛋
150g 日式麵包糠 [fig4] + 1.5 tbsp 油

醬汁
1 tbsp 檸檬汁 [或任何其他醋]
2 tbsp 喼汁 [fig5]
3 tbsp 茄汁 [fig6]
1 tsp 砂糖

1 豬扒用小刀前後刺上小洞,用醃料醃15分鐘
2 豬扒上麵粉,蛋漿和麵包糠,放入氣炸鍋炸籃
3 用氣炸鍋190°C/375 F,氣炸8分鐘4 反轉,用200°C/395 F,氣炸5分鐘
* 油炸:中火將油燒熱至180°C/360F,油炸3-4分鐘至微黃拿起,再將油燒熱至190°C/375F,回鑊炸1-2分鐘至金黃
* 焗爐:用200°C/395 F,焗16分鐘,中途要反轉一次
5 豬扒休息5分鐘切件,伴混合好的醬汁享用即可

4 pieces [650g] boneless pork chop
4 pieces cheese slices of any flavor [fig1]

Seasoning
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder [fig2]
0.25 tsp white pepper
Crust
150g all-purpose flour [fig3]
100g[2pcs] eggs
150g Japanese Panko [fig4] + 1.5 tbsp oil

Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice [or any other vinegar]
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce [fig5]
3 tbsp ketchup [fig6]
1 tsp granulated sugar

1 Pierce the pork chop both sides with a knife.  Marinate it with seasoning for 15 minutes
2 Coat the pork chops with flour, beaten egg and panko.  Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket
3 Air fry with 190°C/375 F for 8 minutes
4 Turn over the pork chops.  Air fry with 200°C/395 F for 5 minutes
* Frying: Heat the oil to 180°C/360F on medium heat, deep-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly yellowed.  Put the pork chops aside.  Heat the oil  again to 190°C/375F.  Fry the pork chops again for 1-2 minutes until golden
* Oven: Use 200°C/395 F, bake for 16 minutes, and turn over once halfway
5 Let the pork chop rest for 5 minutes. Cut into pieces.  Serve it with the mixed sauce
