芒果鮮蝦生菜包

材料1-2顆 羅馬生芯,切大塊

餡料
1條 青瓜切絲
100g 蝦仁
半個洋蔥切絲
1個芒果切絲
2-4湯匙腰果碎
(其實放任何材料都可以)

魚露汁
2-3tbsp 魚露
2-3tbsp 青檸汁
4-8塊 金不換葉,切粒
2 tbsp 芫茜粒
1tbsp 熱水
1tbsp 黃糖
2-4 tsp 蒜蓉辣椒醬

做法
1 將蝦仁,洋蔥炒熟,放入碗內備用
2 加入青瓜絲,芒果絲拌勻
3 平均將餡料加上生菜上,灑上腰果碎
4 吃時配上混合好的魚露汁即可

Ingredient
1-2 romaine lettuce, cut into large pieces

Filling
1 ​​cucumber, shredded
100g shrimp
Half an onion sliced
1 mango sliced
2-4 tablespoons crushed cashew nuts
(Actually, any ingredient can be used)

Fish sauce mixture
2-3tbsp fish sauce
2-3tbsp lime juice
4-8 pieces of thai basil, cut into pieces
1 tbsp diced coriander
1tbsp hot water
1tbsp brown sugar
2-4 tsp garlic chili sauce

Steps
1 Stir fry the shrimps and onions until the onions are soft.  Put them in a bowl and set aside
2 Add cucumber, mango, and mix well
3 Add the filling evenly on the lettuce.  Top with cashew
4 Serve it with the fish sauce mixture
