唔知上次教嘅方法大家應唔應用到呢?今日會再教另外兩個方法,一齊嚟鎖住心上人個心啦!

間歇性增強(Intermittent Reinforcement)
忽冷忽熱究竟係咪真係有用?答案係有用嘅!原因係間歇性增強(Intermittent Reinforcement)。獎勵(Reinforcement)可以提升我哋嘅行為動力,例如一個小朋友一做家務我哋就會獎勵佢,咁佢自然會經常做家務嚟換取獎勵。咁如果我哋唔係次次都比獎勵佢呢?小朋友一日做五次家務,我哋只獎勵其中兩次,相比起五次都有獎勵,竟然更可以令佢有更有動力做家務。每次都有獎勵,可能只係一般嘅開心;但間中嘅獎勵,能夠帶嚟驚喜嘅感覺!呢種驚喜嘅感覺會令我哋上癮,令你不自覺想再有下一次驚喜而不斷去重複嗰個行為!套用番落戀愛,忽冷忽熱嘅「熱」令人有中獎咁嘅感覺~對方會為咗呢種感覺,更加努力同你親近去博取下一次嘅獎勵。
歸因(Attribution)
承接番上一段,當你令到對方不自覺咁為你付出好多努力時,仲會有bonus效果喔~我哋會為我哋嘅行為歸因(Attribution),即係為自己嘅行為搵出原因。
「我為佢做咗咁多野,我一定係好鍾意佢啦。」對方會咁樣說服自己,而令佢認知層面上更覺得自己好鍾意你。
所以適當嘅時候請對方幫吓你,為你付出,即使係小事,都可以令佢對你好感度上升。
