[台北] Biteology 咬學問 - 歐風小餐館 European Style Bistro in Taipei
看過朋友買過這裡的午餐盒,之前下台南前在台北留了一天,就與好友們到了這裡晚餐。 Have seen my friend bought their lunch boxes, visited here to try with friends before heading to Tainan.
他們是由Fancy設計公司所創立的餐館,之前只賣歐式便當,2014年他們開了這裡。裡面的設計以歐洲的小餐館作藍圖,氛圍非常好。食物是到前面以自助形式去點,他們會擺食物的樣子出來,喜歡吃甚麼直接點就好。不過當晚我們很晚才去到,點餐桌都已經空空如也了。
Biteology was established in 2014 by Fancy Design. A very nice ambiance and environment, like the bistro in Europe. Dishes are ordered outside, there's a display table for you to take a look of the dishes. We went there very late, the table didn't have much food left, so I didn't take photos.
綜合起司火腿盤 Ham and Cheese Platter NT 280
不太驚喜的食材,下酒會很搭。但可能在香港比較容易買得到這種風乾火腿跟起司,所以覺得還好。
The quality is just so-so, like those you can buy from the supermarket, a bit disappointing.
牛舌沙拉 Ox Tongue Salad NT220
調味很不錯,微酸的味道加上彩椒跟洋蔥,為牛舌提味不少。
I like the sourness of this salad, and those peppers, onions and cucumber help balancing the meat flavor from ox tongue.
水牛起司、芝麻葉與莎朗牛肉沙拉 sirloin steak salad with mozzarella cheese and rocket leaves NT380
這道應該是我最喜歡吃的一道菜式了,大概是因為沙拉的材料都是我喜歡的,配搭亦很好。牛排生熟度約五成,牛肉味道很濃郁,而水牛起司、番茄、芝麻葉亦是很保險的組合。
This is my most favourite dish of the dinner. Succulent steak with safe combination (tomato+mozzarella+rocket). Ordinary salad yet it's good.
拿坡里燉肉與守門人帕克里麵 Napoleon Ragu with Paccheri NT580
我愛吃帕克里麵,喜歡他的質感還有這種意大利麵很能吸醬汁。這道主菜從燉肉到意大利醬都做得蠻有家庭風味,也好吃的。但份量有點太少,一人份吃還好,多人分的話就很不夠吃。其實我們也想點多一點主菜,無奈其他都賣光了。
Homey taste and it's not bad, but the portion is a bit too less.
栗子蛋糕 Chestnut Cake NT150
如果晚到這裡的話還是不要點甜點比較好,是好吃的但我不確定他們是不是有點把蛋糕放太久,有點太乾,而這種乾是放太久所致。
A bit too dry when we had this, maybe it has been placed too long.
可能我們太晚到,很多東西都沒有了,大大影響了我對這裡的印象。菜式份量很少,會比較適合兩三人聚餐。可能在香港有太多好的西菜,這裡的價格亦很香港某些餐廳差不多,所以覺得有點太貴。
Better come early if you want to have dinner here :) I think the experience would be much better
