Flavors are created by themselves and change every week, don’t miss out if you like having soft serve in Taipei.
店位於大安區,沒有坐位的,附近開了很多新餐廳。小涼院每星期的口味通常都不一樣,我是前後來了四、五次,試過比較多的口味才一次過介紹給大家。Located in Da’an District, many new restaurants and cafes are nearby. Came here for 4-5 times already to introduce different flavors to you all.
第一次來吃的是焙茶口味,用上京都焙茶,炭焙香突出而味甘。淋上的茉莉花蜜釀是他們自己煮的,跟焙茶味道配搭得宜,豐富了焙茶的味道。
Hojicha flavor with their house made Jasmine honey. Flavorful and rich hojicha aroma and pleasant sweetness from honey.
紅心芭樂是在礁溪出產的,霜淇淋中加了一點點的海鹽,緩緩透出芭樂特有的香甜。旁蜂蜜萊姆漬的芭樂片,清爽好吃。Light and aromatic pink guava flavor. Pink guava is from Jiaoxi, Yilan, besides it has pink guava slice soaked with honey lemon.愛文芒果,用上在欉紅芒果製作,融入moscato的花香與荔枝香,再加上檸檬汁,酸酸甜甜的夏天吃很適合。芒果肉非常甜,我很喜歡。Aiwen mango with moscato white wine, lemon juice and lychee, tasty to eat during summer. I love the mango dices, very sweet.
柿子口味的霜淇淋,配上甜柿果泥與太妃糖醬,愛吃柿子的我對這口味印象深刻。
Persimmon flavor, with mashed persimmon and toffee sauce, seldom try this flavors outside, usually they make this flavor during autumn time.
火龍果雪酪,火龍果選用拿過神農奬的,配上金奇異果,還有加州酪梨,特別的配搭,也好吃。Dragonfruit sorbet with golden kiwi and avocado, fresh and light flavor.
