找到滿福樓吃涮羊肉是此北京之行的意外收穫,一個人到北京也可以吃涮羊肉!1991年開業,主打一人一小銅爐,到現在還是深受本地人跟遊客的喜愛。
Man Fu Lou Chinese hotpot is a place that serving one small pot for each person. Established since 1991, hotpot here is served in individual-sized copper pot. Till now Man Fu Lou is still popular among locals and tourists.
行程的最後一天其實只有半晝的時間,準備到北京前就想重溫涮羊肉的,秉持著愛吃的執念,早上的早餐聚會故意不多吃,十點出發,店就在景山公園後面,不難找。
I had half day free time on my last day and I was craving for Beijing mutton hotpot. Lucky to find here, even I was alone, I can still enjoy hotpot by myself. It’s located behind Jingshan Park, not hard to find.
湯頭有清湯跟辣湯,我愛吃辣,但怕早上吃辣肚子會痛,點料清湯。清湯嚐起來只有很淡的骨頭香,其實跟清水沒甚麼分別。
They have clear broth or spicy broth, I chose clear broth, it tastes like water.
麻醬、蔥跟香菜,湯頭沒味道,就靠這些醬料提味了。
Sesame paste, scallions and coriander. Since the broth is tastelsss, the food needs more flavor with the seasonings.
這是糖蒜,以糖跟醋去醃蒜瓣,味道甜甜酸酸,能中和肉跟麻醬的膩,算是北京道地的吃法。
This is pickled garlic, marinated with vinegar and sugar, to ease greasiness of the meat and sesame paste. It’s an authentic way to have this kind of hotpot.
手切鮮羊後腿肉,又稱磨檔,半盤23.4RMB,久煮不柴,肉質蠻嫩的。Supreme fresh hand-cut lamb silverside (half plate 23.4RMB).
羊腹肉(半盤18.4RMB),油香比較重,也是肉質嫩的一款肉,不錯吃。Flap-boneless lamb (half plate 18.4RMB)
還點了半盤萵筍和鹹燒餅。其實並沒有吃得很飽,因為趕時間去別的地方,但總算止到我的涮羊肉癮。
Half plate of celtuce and salt sesame pastry. I didn’t eat very full because I had to go somewhere else before flight, but at least I felt complete for my Beijing trip.
