Newly Opened: K Pub in K Town
K Pub is a newly opened pub in K Town, just a couple of mins walk away from the MTR station. Facing on the quiet side of our lovely Hong Kong city, the pub has an opened bar and some outdoor sitting area for smokers or people-watchers.
The furniture is specially selected and tailored to the owners' desire. While the colour theme is based on black and white which may mean people, contrast, or more, and the painting is specially done by a talented artist.
There are seven draft beer and they often source some seasonal and rare beer from all over the world. We are a big fan of stout and we were recommend to even mix the white and dark beer from COEDO.
Surprisingly, it was not too sweet nor bitter after mixing. We highly recommend you to give it a try if you have never mixed beer before!
During happy hour from 5-9pm, you may enjoy a beer and a mini pizza for only $88! What a great value!
Their pizza is housemade with extra tomato saucea nd cheese topping, the crust is thick and filling. Without a doubt, it was a great complement to chilled beer.
The pub offers beer tasting platter for you to try different kind of beer, we have chosen Honey Dew (Left), Young Master Seasonal In the Wood of Spring (Middle), and Leng Zai IPA (Right).
Honey Dew was rich in honey flavour, while the Young Master one was quite floral and IPA had a little bit of bitter aftertaste.
Potato Wedges ($38)
Besides, you may also order some wedges, they have added loads of black pepper this finger licking snacking plate, which I really enjoyed and tasted gourmet.
Chicken Wing ($58)
We have spent a very long time at this place during the weekend and K Pub is quite well known for models to hang out, what are you waiting for before you can get to meet some charming people around you?
As mentioned before, the pub has a lot of rare import beer including these Australian beer called Little Bling, Bling, Bling Bling. We ordered some fried chicken wings to go with these beer.
